DLF to Launch Three New Shopping Malls in FY26: Delhi, Gurugram, and Goa on the Retail Radar

India’s retail real estate sector is buzzing with fresh energy, and leading the charge is none other than DLF, one of the country’s most prominent real estate developers. With ambitious plans in place, DLF is set to open three new shopping malls across Delhi, Gurugram, and Goa by the end of FY26. Here's a closer look at what’s coming and what it means for the retail landscape.

The Upcoming Projects: What to Expect

1. High-Street Retail at Moti Nagar, Delhi

Strategically located near the DLF Midtown development, this shopping center will span around 2.2 lakh sq. ft. Designed with the urban shopper in mind, it will offer a blend of retail outlets, food courts, and lifestyle brands, serving both residents and commuters in West Delhi.

2. Summit Plaza at DLF Phase-5, Gurugram

A new high-street retail space called Summit Plaza is taking shape in Gurugram. Spanning 3.8 lakh sq. ft., it’s set to become a vibrant hub for the residents of DLF’s premium residential zones and surrounding corporate offices.

3. Premium Mall in Panjim, Goa

DLF is stepping into the Goan market with a full-scale mall in Panjim, covering a massive 6 lakh sq. ft. This mall is expected to bring a new wave of modern retail to the state, targeting both locals and tourists with a premium shopping and leisure experience.

Investment & Timeline

DLF is putting serious capital behind these projects, with an estimated investment of over ₹2,200 crore. The Delhi and Gurugram centers are expected to be operational between March 2025 and March 2026, while the Goa mall will open its doors by April 2026.

Expanding the Retail Footprint

With these additions, DLF’s retail portfolio is set to grow from 5 million sq. ft. to 6.3 million sq. ft. The company is also projecting a 28% rise in rental EBITDA by the end of FY26, reflecting the strong demand and growth potential in India's organized retail sector.

DLF’s Vision: Building for the Future

These developments are more than just brick-and-mortar projects — they represent DLF’s commitment to reshaping urban retail experiences. From high-street destinations to full-fledged malls, the company is setting new standards in design, scale, and sustainability.

As India’s consumer base evolves, so too does the demand for modern, curated shopping experiences — and DLF is making sure it's ready to deliver.
